建筑外墻是由 99 片形狀、大小各不相同的預鑄混凝土板所構成，墻面經過灰泥處理，墻上細部線條與鄰棟建筑相呼應。整個建筑造型充滿曲線韻律，蜿延扭轉的雙塔就像是兩人相擁而舞，轉角雙塔在本質上屬于扭曲變形的圓柱體，其中玻璃帷幕、看起來輕盈、穿著蓬裙、有腰身的，象征女舞者（金潔）。而混凝土外墻、看起來厚實、有穩健輪廓的，象征男舞者（弗雷德），樓頂的半球形玻璃餐廳是他的禮帽，在 4 層處陡然伸出的、也是整幢大樓中惟一的出挑陽臺，仿佛是弗雷德摟住金潔腰的那只手。
